Daniel Simon

Daniel Simon is lawyer, tax advisor and has an additional degree in tax law.

After his studies at the universities in Frankfurt am Main and Mainz he at first was working for one year with an internationally active auditing company.

In 2008 co-founder of “Notos Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater” (Notos Lawyers Tax Advisors)

Daniel Simon advises German and international companies of all sizes and legal structures al well private persons in the areas of tax law including those fields of law connected therewith. Legal and tax advice in the fields of inheritance- and gift tax are additional sectors of priority of his activities.

A further special characteristic is his advisory knowledge with regard to the intersections to copyright- and media law (taxation in connection with IP-off shoring, tax for foreigners) as well as to IT/IP-law (border crossing traffic of goods and services).
